Treading along the border where she normally patrolled. Alpha had little to fear around here, as far as she knew a pack owned the other side but she had no idea who. It certainly wasn't the Northern pack, who had some history with her pack. She did wonder who owned those lands though, what type of dog was it? was it even a dog who deserved that title of 'Alpha'? It did intrigue her. Her scent was enough for marking these borders, yes she wanted to keep this place in top protection but any dog should know that if they even step foot here they would end up a training dummy for the pups or a prisoner, or even just pure entertainment for her. She sure did miss that, yes there was a trail of rage and whatnot but even those got boring at a certain level. It was a fun thought to think. She wanted to cross this border but she wasn't stupid, she wanted to know how deep this puddle was before she was going to jump in. Then again, it's only a puddle. Striding along the ground, her red rusty pelt clearly stood out along with her proud posture as she sniffed the air and digging a few leaves to see if there were any traces of tress passers on the scene.

A tall, muscular Leonberger made his way along the border, black mask on his muzzle reflecting a blue-purple sheen. Alpha wagged his tail as scents flooded his nose. He stopped in his tracks when he spotted the other alpha, his fur bristling slightly as he slowly padded over to her. "Hello?" he asked, ears perked upright as he stood in front of her, fur standing on end since he wasn't sure if this alpha was hostile or not. (sorry it's short omg)

Alpha raised her head to a height of a proud posture as to see who this voice belonged to. It was a surprise at first but then again, this was bordering another pack. Looking at the male up and down he seemed to instantly be on edge with her presence, it was funny. He was quite the bulky type, much like the Northern pack's leader. " And who might you be? " she said with a small smile. Obviously a sort of sarcastic smile. Alpha wasn't all about that type of being friendly, why would anyone be friendly to someone that they will probably sink their teeth into later. She held her body in a proud sort of manner, the type an Alpha would hold. First impressions were everything.
