Coal noticed that Branch was slowing down allowing Coal to take the lead. Maybe he shouldn't have said that, he hated seeing his friend like that and putting him down. As he went past he barked " Hey, no hard feelings bro " He trotted in front of him and swayed his tail low to the ground. The scent of the fox was increasingly stronger on each paw step closer. Finally slowing down, A little orange thing scuttered away in their presence. He wasn't angry or surprised " Well, at least someone had a nice meal " Looking down at the half eaten turkey, he couldn't take this back to camp. Everyone would look at him and laugh and besides, who would want to eat a sack of feathers that stink of fox.
